i love your lyrics chris they are so artistic-fantastic. its fun to see what the real words are as opposed to the ones I make up while i sing along…you rock
I thought the lyrics for the first verse were these:
The deer was mighty purty
My hands were hard ‘n dirty
The shotgun slug desserted

That’s hilarious. I’ve listened to this song quite a bit and I finally know the words now!

One of my favorites! If you are thinking about re-working more demos, “Try to See the Good” is a great one as well, and *was* very popular on T61 before the site design was flushed down the proverbial commode. Sounds very good as is too. Play your heart out tonight!
Hey thanks for putting this up man! I literally was like just about to post again asking if you could put up these lyrics. And if you haven’t read Benny’s post on here you should read it… just hilarious. Their needs to be an award for creative interpretation or something!
